About Letha
"Teaching calculus is rarely about finding the right answer quickly. Instead, the real work involves correcting the broken logic that leads to common mistakes.
Having guided 280 students through the chain rule, differentiation rules, limits, and continuity, I have seen how common misconceptions derail progress. Working as a PhD candidate at UC Berkeley keeps my own mathematical foundation sharp. I find that implicit differentiation and integration techniques become manageable when problem-solving strategies are treated as a rigorous, step-by-step process. Derivatives and differential equations basics are simply logical extensions of these foundational ideas."
