I utilise best in class Management Consultancy tools and frameworks to analyse the root cause of a problem, identify the key drivers and formulate a hypothesis for a potential solution. I then apply my academic skills researching and horizon scanning the market to design a proposal that proves the hypothesis in order to create a robust pitch that can secure the support of the most resistant stakeholders in any organisation. My key asset is my understanding of the human psychology behind decision making in order to dig beneath the surfuce and leverage the motivations and fears of individuals to get their support for any given course of action.
