About Sudeep
For my students, I may be their teacher and for some, a father figure but they would find a friend in me who understands them and makes learning an interesting and engaging experience.
I have taught school kids as well as taught and trained industry professionals and with many, the friendly relations have sustained for years together.
Teaching is useful only when students and trainees learn. As a teacher, my focus is always on ensuring that the students and trainees learn and not that I just teach.

I primarily teach school students. My approach to teaching involves relating curriculum content with real life experiences or objects or things that we see and experience keeping in mind, what strikes a chord with a student. The objective is to create interest in the student for the subject so that learning and grasping the concepts and facts becomes easy and one that the student should look forward to.
An important aspect of teaching is to be able to effectively communicate irrespective of the subject that is taught. I believe in speaking in the language of others, i.e. the what a listener understands and the way a listeners understands. I also rely hugely on the feedback of my students on every aspect of my teaching engagement in order to make myself more effective and for the time of the student to be more productive.
