About Saida
I’m a mathematician and statistician with a Master’s in Applied Mathematics from Université Paris-Dauphine and a graduate exchange at the University of Waterloo. For over 15 years, I’ve helped students of all ages — from middle school to university — gain confidence and clarity in math and statistics. My teaching experience includes lecturing in mathematics and statistics courses at Acadia University and leading professional development courses for adults. I believe math becomes accessible when it’s connected to real-life examples and taught with patience and curiosity. My lessons are interactive, tailored to each learner’s pace and goals, and focused on building strong problem-solving skills. Now based in Halifax, I’m dedicating my time to tutoring and promoting math education — especially as artificial intelligence opens new ways to explore and understand mathematical ideas.
