About Abby
Are you a late-diagnosed adult with Autism or ADHD? Or are you a neurodivergent adult who grew out of childhood support services? Do you find being an adult hard, but need someone who won't just tell you to "set a reminder?" Then I may be your person! I can help you navigate the adult world through the lens of neurodivergence, understanding your unique struggles and strengths. I can give advice, make custom support items, and help you problem-solve day-to-day issues.

I have a passion for understanding how each individual brain works, and my dream is to support other neurodivergent adults. I have a special interest in psychology and neurotypes, and am currently studying psychology in college. I have worked in the ABA field for about 2.5 years as a Board-Certified Autism Technician. I am aware that ABA is very controversial, but I use behavioral techniques in collaboration with my clients to ensure it is neuro-affirming, and FUN. I can use this understanding of human behavior paired with my own personal experience and creativity, to give support to adults who need it.
