About Sabrina
I have recently graduated in Physical Education from the School of Physical Education at the University of São Paulo. During graduation I was an intern in different areas of Physical Education. During my internship, I taught classes for young adults, obese women, seniors and people with neurologic impairment (after stroke and parkinson's disease).
I really enjoy talking to my students and trying to understand their needs and goals.

Attention, respect and empathy are fundamental values for me. The trainings are prepared based on scientific evidence present in the literature. Classes last up to 60 minutes and may contain: aerobic exercises, muscular resistance exercises and balance exercises.
