About Hélène

Bonjour! My name is Hélène, and I am passionate about teaching French. I moved from France to Canada 10 years ago and have been immersed in both cultures ever since. With a Master's degree in Geography from Université Paris 1 and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Crandall University, I have a strong academic background that supports my teaching.

I have over 20 years of experience in education and started working in the classroom in 2022, teaching grade 4 and grade 5 in the French Immersion program. Additionally, I have been a French tutor for several years, offering face-to-face lessons to both kids and adults.

What prompted me to teach? My love for the French language and culture, and the joy I find in helping others achieve their language goals. I am confident that I can find the best program to support you in learning or improving your French. My approach is tailored to your individual needs, ensuring that you receive the best possible support to reach your goals.
