About Isha

I am Isha Saini, a Media person and a Freelance Educator. I conduct Personality Development Classes and Communication Skills classes. Teaching is my passion, for any age group. I believe that sharing knowledge is gaining knowledge.
I have 3 years of varied experience in Indian Media, be it News Channel, Sports Channel, Bollywood film Production or Government owned Channels for news; and teaching as well.
I am a graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication, Amity University, Noida and Post Graduate in Mass communication and Electronic Media, Indraprastha University, Delhi. Throughout my academics , St Ann’s Sen sec school, Roorkee, I always secured well in English language and professionally worked with only English media channels. My learning and working experience backs me with command over English language and Communication skills.
I hereby would like to join you to reach the students and work towards their healthy and better development in English Language, Personality Development, Soft skills, Communication Skills (Verbal and Non-verbal). My purpose is to reach them and keep them motivated throughout.

About the lesson

My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to teaching, to allow for inclusivity within my classroom domains. I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my students backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students.
