About Martyna

I am a Neuropharmacology Graduate working as a Business Transformation Consultant for Healthcare and Life Science Companies.

I have a passion for training and years of experience in fitness. I would like to work with you to create a personalised workout plan and help you feel and look your best.

About the lesson

I specialise in personalised Pilates and HIIT/cardio workouts that are best suited to your fitness goals.

Pilates:
I lead both contemporary and classic matt pilates sessions to tone and strengthen your muscles, whilst increasing your flexibility. Great for individuals looking to build strength and focus on lower intensity excercises.

HIIT / Cardio:
These are workouts to really get your heart pumping and make you sweat! HIIT / Cardio workouts help to burn a lot of calories in a short space of time and significantly contribute to improving your stamina. Great for students who would really like to improve their stamina and certainly feel it the next day!
