About Ashley

Hi, I’m Ashley after serving 12 years in the British Army, it felt like a natural progression to continue in the world of fitness to help push others to reach their limits. My passion for fitness started at a very young age, in and outside of the gym. The feeling of achieving goals is like no other and I cannot wait to share that same feeling with you on your path to achieving your goals and setting new ones. I believe the benefits of an active lifestyle go further than just physical improvements, that is great, however I find training to be a great method of relieving stress and managing my mental health, which gives me motivation to continue. We know the gym can be a daunting place to start with but I’m here to help and guide you through every step of the way.

Online package is £100 a month and you get everything below Initial consultation. Tailored workout and diet plan to achieve your goals. Weekly check ins to ensure we are on track to meeting your goals. Access to online portal where we can both upload and monitor your progress. Always on hand via message/WhatsApp for any fitness and nutritional questions. free water bottle and gym logbook. We review your progress weekly via the checkin and adjust and change if necessary to make sure we we continue smashing your goals.
