After a personalized evaluation of cardiovascular performance, strength and flexibility tests, I carry out an exercise routine controlling the first steps so that everyone performs the appropriate technique, in order to avoid possible injuries and optimize the performance of each exercise.

The free "class" is an evaluation of the student and its duration will be determined by the teacher, and it may differ from the rest of the classes.
You can pay for classes via bank transfer only, through TransferWise or in a traditional way, prior mutual agreement (Teacher-Student).
