About Jade
My background in fitness has explored many different areas over the last 15 years ranging from competitive swimming, dance, circus, functional fitness and olympic weightlifting.
In recent years exercise has been a great personal journey for me to manage my mental health and other medical health concerns such as Endometriosis and Lymphoedema.
I bring my experience as a trainer and athlete with a holistic approach that creates a non-judgmental environment and implements a bespoke approach to my sessions, with a focus on helping people progress towards their ultimate goal.
You are guaranteed to leave my sessions feeling stronger both physically and mentally
– and return motivated for more!

I believe when a fitness programme is tailored to a client's need you can get the best out of them, no matter what their fitness level is to start with.
I take the time to understand what my clients goals are so they can achieve them and to make life changing habits for themselves.
My sessions are 1 hour of which I spend time to check in with my clients during the session to ensure they get the best out of their training no matter how they feel.
My sessions are for anyone who wanted to understand their body better, women who want a fitness programme centred around their menstrual cycle, and for those who want fitness to be part of lifestyle change.

This first lesson offered with Jade will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details
In-Person 1-1: £70ph
Sessions are in person for 1 hour, you will be given an individualised programme specific to your goals and needs.
Online Coaching: from £110pm
For those who may know their way around a gym but are looking for little bit of structure and routine. You'll be given access to my coaching app where you'll be given and individualised programme specific to your goals and needs.
You will have monthly to weekly check-ins with myself to keep you accountable.
You can also mix and match your in-person and online coaching sessions to make them more hybrid.
