I am a personal trainer from Barcelona. I have been working in some gyms around where I used to live and also in a soccer team as a physicall coach. I really like what I do and I enjoy it.

Normally the training is one hour but can change depending the client.
My methodology is work always looking the objectives of the client (lose weight, gain muscle etc) and try to have a good time while we work hard for it.
