I have worked with a scientist in New Zealand where we researched about endurance physiology and also strength training and sports nutrition. I have athletes all over India who are currently competitive at National level.
My training philosophy is simple. Train efficiently which means doing least amount of work possible to produce maximum results.
No need to set aside tens of hours a week to dedicate to your sport. As little as 60 minutes every alternate day will do the trick.
As a teacher, I have 1 year of teaching experience at coaching classes in Science.
