I break down exercises step-by-step, correct form gently, and make sure you understand why each movement matters. You’ll learn: Safe strength-training technique How to structure a simple but effective workout How to track your progress How beginners can avoid common mistakes Basic nutrition principles for energy and recovery (no extreme diets) My aim is to help you train smart and stay consistent—not to push unrealistic or unsafe standards.
