I'm a certified personal trainer and a local police officer in the Community of Madrid. After transforming the physiques and lives of several people with my guidance, I'm expanding into online training and looking to grow my team.

Online and in-person personal trainer in Madrid with official certification and qualifications. Currently working as a local police officer and specializing in preparation for these entrance exams: 800-meter run, 60-meter dash, ball throw, long jump, and swimming. Also training in pull-ups, circuit training, and the 1000 meters. My other specialty, which I've been doing for many years, is weight training and gym work. Ask about your training, your routine, and personalized follow-up.
