I work in different sports complexes in order to give individual or group lessons in various fields of the world of fitness. I have always been passionate about movement, I enjoy sharing my passion with all those who want it and have been doing so for 11 years now. I have a master's degree in physical education and my academic specialization was athletic training.

We have fun but we work hard! My goal is to allow you to achieve autonomy in your sports practice so that you adopt a healthier lifestyle. Motivation being the key to success, count on me to boost you! My sessions will be both fun and demanding. I plan from our first meeting a program based on your goals. This program will be adapted from week to week depending on your progress. Let's reach your goals together! The session lasts between 1h and 1h30. (The price is the same per session). I come to you.
