About Thaís
Physical Education Teacher (CREF1 32984), graduated from UFRJ in 2010. For 12 years, I have been working in the area as a Personal Trainer helping people to have a better, healthier life through movement.
A strong, flexible, healthy body, without pain (or with less pain lol), that works for your activities, and allows you to have a happier life is my goal.
I believe that in addition to exercise, the formation of healthy habits (food, mental health care) are very important for health promotion.
