About Jorge
I am a personal trainer with more than 30 years in the sport, specialized in training in combat sports MMA, boxing, jiu jitsu, judo, kick boxing, also focusing on functional, metabolic training, and reinforcement work and for specific sports. It works whether you just want to get in shape, or do some sport and you need to strengthen yourself to improve performance. Alternate methods to avoid boredom, workstations, etc. Recreational and incidental training you learn to defend yourself that is so lacking today.

My method is focused and personal training, both in open places and in gyms, varying training days and combining between aerobic days outdoors and days of strength indoors. I work with different gyms with different adaptations and depending on where the classes are held.
