I am a young coach, a faithful believer that God exists, passionate about sports through science, not only with practical knowledge but also theoretical knowledge, with the desire to take from the world what is mine and thereby be able to contribute to thousands of people something positive and of value for their training as a person for today and tomorrow through personal and sports training; I am sure that once it has been verified that perseverance and discipline are the most necessary ingredients for success, motivation is not sought, but the effort itself produces it.
