About Caitlin
I have always played sports since I was young, I have had a few injuries where I have had to stop playing sports so I started coaching and teaching other people and I love helping people achieve their goals, with fun and enjoyment you learn so much quicker. I have coached children aged 3 onwards, I currently coach adults but I have experience in all ages and all levels.

I have 6 years personal training and sports coaching experience. I have degrees from both college and university just for sports. I have gone through injuries and challenges myself and gained even more experience. I have a great deal of knowledge ready to help you.
