About Jenny
I am a Mum of two, dog loving, fitness fanatic - I love running, strength training, dog walks and looking after myself.
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and having to rehabilitate myself, I know how valuable health is.
I understand the struggles women face to improve their health and wellbeing and I am here to support them every step of the way.

Working with women over 40 to lose fat, build muscle, increase confidence, move pain free as well as supporting their long term health.
Having worked for the NHS as a Menopause Advisor I also support people in managing their menopause symptoms.
