Hey! I'm Asim, a graduate and over 3 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—helping them build strength, lose weight, boost confidence, and completely transform their relationship with fitness. My journey into the fitness world started with my transformation—learning how to train smart, fuel my body right, and stay consistent even when life gets hectic. As a graduate with over 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a well-rounded and personalised approach to every client I work with. My training is rooted in science-backed methods, paired with real-world results and a deep understanding of individual needs and goals. My Techniques & Methodology: I focus on functional strength, fat loss, and body transformation using a mix of: Strength and resistance training (tailored to your current level) HIIT and metabolic conditioning for effective fat burning Mobility and corrective exercises to improve movement quality Nutrition guidance to support your fitness journey Mindset coaching to help you stay consistent and motivated Every programme is customised—no cookie-cutter plans—because every body is different. ️ Lesson Length: Each session typically lasts 60 minutes, including: 10 mins warm-up & mobility 40 mins main workout (based on your goals) 10 mins cooldown/stretch and progress check-in Online and in-person options are available, depending on your preference. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of hands-on experience training individuals of all levels Experience coaching clients through weight loss transformations, strength gains, and lifestyle changes Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science 🧍‍️ Who My Lessons Are For: Beginners to intermediate clients looking to get fit, lose weight, or build muscle Busy professionals who need efficient, focused workouts Men and women of all ages (typically 18–45), but I'm open to working with teens or older adults based on goals People who want clear guidance, motivation, and accountability
