I was an amateur boxer, and have been teaching boxing for many years, I have fitness programmes for everyone, any level, my training will build self-confidence and get you fitter. I owned a boxing gym and due to relocation have decided to personal train. I teach all levels, if you are just starting or experienced, every age group

My lessons are for anyone any level who wants to gain self-confidence and get fitter. I will set a programme specifically for you, using mainly boxing training. My lessons last for an hour and are for anyone, any level of fitness, my lessons are carefully tailored for individual needs from the novice to the advanced.
