About Lilly
I want to teach as I have had 6 years in the gym myself, learning the hard way what not to do. I also think it is a great way to learn and pass knowledge on to others who want to make a difference to their health but aren’t sure where to start.
At the moment I am also studying biology so have a deeper understanding of the body from a scientific perspective.

Lessons online will include me watching videos you have sent me, this means I will be able to correct and advise you on form, tension and figuring out the perfect weight for you. I can also help with giving you a structured plan to follow and constantly checking in to see how you are doing.
On top of this I can help you figure out your calories and macros, no matter if you are maintaining, cutting or bulking. These will all be personal to you and I will advise the best approach for you to take.
