About Rachel
I have been practising positive thinking for 7 years and have seen many positive effects in my entourage. I deepened my theoretical knowledge of relational coaching before practicing it regularly. Prior to graduation, I coached volunteers with friends and family successfully.

You ask yourself questions and you want to initiate a change in your life? If the answer is yes, I'm here to accompany you as a personal coach! After completing a number of personal development courses, I was trained as a Life Coach and graduated in January 2017. I mainly use active listening, empathy, questioning to work on blockages in the present. At the first session, we will assess the purpose of the coaching request and set a goal to be achieved. The coaching relationship is based on trust.
