About Rickesh

I study International Relations and Sociology as a mature student at Cambridge University.
I have held various corporate roles including with the FT and as a Bank Manager (Bradford & Bingley).
Started several small businesses including a not-for-profit, Never Leaving People ltd, that directly supported personal growth, tailored to individual's values and goals.
Heavily supported a training programme developing new Graduate recruits of Major International Bank and Magic Circle Law Firm in developing confidence and communication skills.
Small-meduim business/start up consultancy.

I have helped in 7 applications, 6 Oxbridge (none stem) all successful, and 1 stem masters application at Kings College London, also Successful.
My autism and adhd mean I'm very analytical, whilst considering the widest breadth of elements for applications.
I have repeatedly successfully passed Googles interviews, but went to fastest growing VC.
I am the go to consultant for many early stage start ups. Many showing clear early success, championed from my own reputable start-ups.

I bring psychological understanding of the audiences perspective, sales experience to frame your usp's, I think about the competitive advantages through maintaining core relevance. My offering is more than can be put into words.

About the lesson

I offer a structured methodology for addressing and focusing individual’s priorities through a comprehensively tested path. This entails establishing greater direction, value or meaning to each step along your personal hierarchy of values and needs.
identifying and prioritising - establishing the viable routes - managing expectations whilst rigorously perusing.
I help with all and any forms of personal development, sales skills, confidence building, academic progression and personal statement/CV reviews, career change, career progression, small business advice etc.

Details

I charge a very reasonable fee as you should not require many hours. If you wish to make many significant life changes and wish to meet over a lengthier period, then after five lessons, if we have a good rapport my time is free moving forward, ergo a friend.
On this note, for this reason I only offer a free 30 minutes for the first session not 1 hour.
