About Johnny
My name is Johnny Fisher, I attended and graduated from Northern Colorado as a Sprinter. I was an 8-time Big Sky Conference Qualifier for the 60m dash, 100m dash, and 200m dash. Additionally, I participated in 4x4 and 4x1 relays during my time at UNC. I finished my NCAA career with 6.91 in the 60m from a 7.6, 10.70 from an 11.33, 21.44 from a 22.35, and a 49.04 from a 52.3. All in under 4 years.
I believe and know that speed can be developed although many believe it is innate. I learned this myself going from missing state my senior year of high school to competing several times at a Division 1 conference. With all of what I've learned I believe I can help you learn too!

I offer in-depth analysis on track film, cues, technical breakdowns, and race strategies. Sessions can either be in-person or online depending on the client's needs and desires. For in-person sessions, an additional cost will be in place for mileage reimbursement. Lastly, I can provide a weekly workout plan for continued speed development. This will allow me to provide greater structure and support for the future success of an athlete!
The structure and development I will coach is directly learned from my time as a Division One athlete, with passed down knowledge from one of the greatest coaches in NCAA. Who has coached Olympians and most recently a 7th in the world hurdler.
I also have Division 1 weight room experience and programs at my disposal, for those who wish to work on speed development outside of the track. A weightlifting program can be created for those who wish to train like a Division 1 athlete!
Lastly, for those looking to be recruited by colleges, I can help! I know what coaches want and I know how to find schools that will offer scholarships or provide the best potential for growth. I know what traits to avoid from coaches and I know what they want to see and where they see it!
