About Alec
Hi! I’m Alec, a Physical Performance Coach based in Munich, with experience in elite football academies across Europe, including Elche CF (Spain), Oxford United (UK), and now SpVgg Unterhaching (Germany). I hold a Master’s in High Performance Sport: Strength & Conditioning and am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). My background also includes published research in the Journal of Strength & Conditioning Research on post-match recovery in football — bridging science with applied coaching.
I’ve always been involved in sport myself, competing in football, judo, skiing, and running — where I recently achieved my goal of a sub-3h marathon. I combine this personal athletic background with professional experience to deliver performance-focused coaching that blends science-based methods with real-world applicability, helping athletes of all levels get stronger, faster, and more resilient. My goal is to provide high-quality support so you can reach — and surpass — your performance goals.
I coach in English, French, and Spanish, and I’m currently learning German to connect even better with local athletes.

Siempre me ha gustado salir a correr de vez en cuando, pero cuando decidí prepararme para un maratón, no tenía ni idea de por dónde empezar. ¿Largas distancias? ¿Ritmo? ¿Geles? Ni idea. Solo sabía que quería un verdadero desafío.
Alec no solo me dio un plan de entrenamiento, sino que creó uno que realmente tenía sentido para mí, adaptado a mis preferencias y nivel de condición física.
