About Maishaa

Hi! I’m Maishaa, a 14-year-old student at Darnell-Cookman School of the Medical Arts. I’ve always enjoyed helping classmates and younger students understand their lessons, especially in reading, writing, science, and history. I’m naturally patient and good at explaining things in a clear, simple way that makes learning feel easier and more manageable. I’m responsible, organized, and dedicated to helping students feel confident in their schoolwork. I enjoy creating notes, study guides, and step-by-step explanations that match each student’s learning style. providing calm, encouraging support during every session. I love tutoring because it gives me the chance to help others succeed and feel proud of their work.

Hello! My name is Maishaa, and I’m a 14-year-old student at Darnell-Cookman School of the Medical Arts in Jacksonville, Florida. I offer online tutoring for students who need extra support in History, Social Studies, Civics, and World Cultures. I know how confusing timelines, events, and historical concepts can feel, so my goal is to make history easy, organized, and enjoyable for every student I help.

I specialize in breaking down complicated ideas into simple explanations, creating study guides, and helping students understand the “why” behind historical events—not just memorizing names and dates. Whether a student is struggling with homework, preparing for tests, or needs help writing historical essays, I provide patient, step-by-step guidance that removes stress and builds confidence.

My tutoring style is friendly, calm, and supportive. I work especially well with middle-school students who need someone closer to their age to explain things in a relatable way. I help students stay focused, understand difficult topics, and complete assignments with clarity and confidence.
