About Zihao

Hi everyone! My name is Zihao, and I’m currently a PhD student at the University of Adelaide. Before coming to Australia, I worked as a middle school physics teacher in China, and I also have several years of experience as a private tutor, teaching math, physics, English, and even classical guitar to students from primary to high school. In addition to academic teaching, I’m also a qualified swimming coach in China. I’ve worked with many children aged 4 to 18, helping them build confidence in the water and develop solid swimming techniques. This experience gave me great patience and strong communication skills, especially when working with younger students. Teaching, whether in the classroom, during tutoring, or at the swimming pool, has always been something I truly enjoy. I love helping students discover their potential and showing them that learning — whether it’s a new language like Mandarin, a tricky math problem, or even a new swimming stroke — can be fun and rewarding. I’m excited to meet my future students here in Adelaide and can’t wait to help you learn and grow with confidence!
