About ALAO
My name is Blessing, and I am a trained teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Education(Social studies). I have experience teaching children and teenagers, and I enjoy helping children understand things that may seem difficult to them. I am a patient, friendly and understanding teacher.
I particularly enjoy working with young learners and helping them with their homework, reading, writing and other school activities

My belief as a tutor is that every child can learn when they are given the right support and enough time. I will need to first understand what the child is struggling with before helping them work through it step by step, so my lessons are from simple to complex. As for the homework assistance, I will not just give a child the answers but I will guide the child to understand the work by explaining difficult areas in a simple way and encourage them to try things on their own.
I will use examples, questions, interaction and activities to make learning more interesting because my goal is to help each child become more confident, improve their understanding and help them enjoy learning while making progress at their own pace.
