About Kars

Hi! I'm Kars (they/them). I'm a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and reiki practitioner. I have 10+ years of experience of somatic dance training. While dancing professionally in NYC, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. Since then I've gone on to pursue massage therapy and reiki. I love this work and look forward to sharing all I have to offer.

About the lesson

A typical lesson is between 45-90 minutes and is curated to meet your interests and needs. I am trained in vinyasa yoga, reiki, and massage. I bring all of these practices in my private yoga lessons. I am interested in teaching those who are interested in feeling more grounded, present, and mindful. Beginners welcome.

Perfect! Kars arrived on time suitable attired. She was very friendly with a genuine warmth. I had not done yoga for a very long time, she had an intuitive understanding of mybstrengths and weaknesses re my muscle memory. She was able to adjust my movements based on my feedback as we went through the movements. I am very pleased with my choice of tutor.

The helped me stretch my tight hamstrings and made me more confident on the mat. 10/10 would recommend scheduling a series of blocks with them, as they create and cater to your needs. It’s like a little course designed just for you. YOGA is for anybody and everybody! Thanks Kars!:) I can’t wait to book some more sessions with you.
