Learning a new language can feel challenging, but with the right guidance, it becomes exciting and rewarding. As a dedicated and patient Spanish tutor, I take pride in helping each student feel confident and supported every step of the way. I have strong experience working with learners of different levels and backgrounds as a Spanish tutor at Sewanee University, and I always tailor my lessons to meet individual goals—whether that’s improving grades, mastering conversation, or preparing for exams. I approach teaching with professionalism, organization, and care. My lessons are well-prepared, my communication is clear, and I value consistency and respect in every session. My goal is to help students not only understand Spanish but also enjoy learning it.

About the lesson

As a Spanish tutor, I focus on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel confident using the language in real-life contexts. My teaching method combines conversation-based practice with structured lessons on vocabulary and pronunciation. I incorporate cultural insights—such as music, films, and traditions—to make learning both meaningful and enjoyable.
