About Ivy
I am a passionate piano tutor with over 14 years of teaching experience. I have had the joy of teaching around 300 high school and college students, helping them grow their skills and love for music. My goal is to make learning piano a fun and inspiring journey. Over the years, I’ve seen many of my students perform confidently, pass music exams, and even pursue music professionally. One of my proudest moments was guiding a student from basic level to winning a local piano competition. I believe every student has talent, and with the right support, they can achieve great things. Teaching is not just my job—it’s my passion.

I believe in creating a positive and honest learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and growing from them. I break down complex techniques into simple steps and use creative exercises to keep learning fun and motivating. My goal is not only to teach skills but to help students develop a real passion for music. I adapt my teaching pace and style to fit each student's needs, ensuring they build confidence and enjoy every lesson.
