About Drew

I am a Math tutor with over 3 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science. My passion is helping students improve their mathematical communication and exposition skills. I believe that being able to clearly explain math ideas is just as important as solving problems. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps. This helps students grasp difficult topics and feel more confident. I also guide them in writing clear and coherent mathematical arguments, which is essential for essays and research papers. Presenting solutions effectively is another key area I work on. Whether it’s for university assignments or presentations, I help students organize their thoughts and explain their reasoning with clarity. My experience includes supporting students in preparing university essays, research papers, and even oral presentations. About the lesson

My teaching approach in Mathematics is built on the idea that every complex problem can be broken into smaller, manageable steps. I guide them to apply concepts in real-world scenarios, turning abstract ideas into practical skills. For exam takers, I provide targeted practice and time-management strategies to boost performance under pressure. Career switchers benefit from tailored lessons that focus on analytical thinking and the application of math in various industries.
