I believe differentiation plays a crucial role in the learning process. I try to incorporate various learning engagements that would help learners with different learning needs.
My typical lesson plans just doesn't focus on the learning objective in fact it is an open-ended plan that serves the various aspects of the topic making learning easy.
I am approachable and a patient educator. This quality of mine helps me to connect with the students of lower elementary ( Kindergarten-Grade 3) very well. Students feel comfortable with me and once students are comfortable in their surroundings, the learning process becomes quite rewarding.
