About Sara
I am a student of Economics and Politics at the University of Edinburgh. My university year has currently been cut short because of COVID-19 pandemic so I am left with a lot of free time on my hands with which I am keen to start exploring tutoring as a potential for a career. I have completed my IB recently with a grade of 40 and finished GCSEs/ IGCSEs with 10 A*s. I am an extremely hard worker and have learnt the value of different approaches to learning in my years at school. I have experience in tutoring younger kids from within my school in a scheme that was set up to help tutor those at GCSE levels and below. I also tutored with younger children from less privileged backgrounds in English and Math. I am keen to pass on the range of methods I have explored which I found greatly helped me when trying to learn new material as well as trying to learn 'smartly. In this way, I would love to help younger students find their own way of achieving their goals in a streamlined and effective way.

Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the tutor.
Sara Tutored my niece in IB economics. She was very engaged and always helped Sabrina in a way that she was able to understand the outcomes.
Her use of on-line platforms for this was excellent. Her ability to understand Sabrina's needs was notable.
Overall I would highly recommend that Sara is given the opportunity to tutor others.View more recommendations
