About Ginella
Ion a chef working in London, I did my studies back at home in Argentina and I’ve been traveling and working in different countries. I love cooking and sharing every detail with students! Currently I teach Culinary arts at an arts seminar.

My teaching method is to focus in technics and products rather than in recipes. And I teach how to combine different ingredients and products to create new dishes. I like to keep my students minds open so that they can experiment and find new flavors!
