About Ethan
My name is Ethan Ward, originally from Carlisle, but currently living and working in Wigan. I have always been extremely interested in food and how it’s made and started from a very young age cooking in my home with my father and grandmother who gave me the kickstarter knowledge I needed to fall in love. Now I wish to give that knowledge to others and share that wonderful feeling of excitement.

I have been working within kitchens for 5 years now being a sous chef for 2 I believe within that time I have been lucky enough to achieve the array of knowledge that I know hold. This will be the perfect lesson for a home cook/ beginner chef to really heighten their knowledge and ability. All cuisines available however, I am specialised in Italian, Asian and hearty British favourites.
