About Elsie
I am a passionate Singing tutor with 7 years of teaching and professional experience, working with students from school to college level. My goal is not only to teach singing techniques but also to build confidence and self-belief in every learner. Throughout my career, I have trained students at different skill levels and helped them strengthen their vocal foundation.
Many of my students have successfully participated in competitions, public performances, and academic events, marking proud achievements in my teaching journey. My lessons are carefully structured to include breathing exercises, pitch correction, vocal flexibility, rhythm practice, and stage presentation skills.
I create a positive and motivating environment where students feel comfortable learning and expressing themselves. I believe that music education shapes both talent and character, and I am committed to guiding students towards both artistic and personal growth.

My singing teaching strategy combines structured technique with creative exploration to help students grow as confident and expressive vocalists. Guided by flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration, I tailor each lesson to the student’s unique voice and aspirations.
Flexibility allows me to adjust the intensity and pacing of exercises to maintain vocal health and consistent improvement. Empathy enables me to recognise personal challenges such as nervousness, hesitation, or lack of self-belief.
Compassion ensures that students feel safe to experiment, make mistakes, and learn without fear of criticism. Communication is essential in my sessions, where I clearly demonstrate and explain breathing mechanics, tone placement, pitch accuracy, articulation, and musical interpretation.
Collaboration strengthens engagement, as students help shape their repertoire choices and performance goals. Alongside Singing, I provide instruction in Music Theory basics, Ear Training development, Vocal Care routines, and Confidence Building techniques to support complete musical growth.
