About Georgia

I was gymnast for over 12y of my life.

As you may know, gymnastics is a body and muscle builder yet a very delicate and danceable sport. You gotta learn about pace, rhythm and strong abilities all at the same time.

Boxing isn’t much difference - I know, call me crazy! But believe me, it isn’t!
You gotta have as much rhythm, strength, perfect concentration, pace, focus… as a gymnast.

Boxing tho - is the BEST sport I’ve ever been into and have ever taught!

About the lesson

Strength your core and butt whilst building confidence, agility, mobility, self- esteem.

Boxing is for those who aims for the a balanced and strong mindset for an every say routine.
It is a meditative yet agile way to create that peace of mind that sometimes is hard to find while sitting down letting thoughts flow!
