About Roheemot

My name is Roheemah Bisiriyu, and I am passionate about teaching, learning, sharing knowledge, and helping others develop a deeper understanding of Arabic and Islamic Studies. My educational journey has given me a foundation in both Arabic and Islamic education, having completed my primary and secondary education in Arabic and Islamic Studies and obtained my school-leaving certificate.

My background has helped me develop an appreciation for the importance of knowledge, discipline, continuous learning, and the role education plays in shaping an individual's understanding and personal development. I believe that education is not simply about memorizing information or passing examinations; it is also about building confidence, developing useful skills, asking meaningful questions, and gaining the ability to apply what one has learned.

As someone with a background in Arabic and Islamic Studies, I understand that students may approach these subjects with different levels of knowledge, interests, and learning abilities. Some may be taking their first steps in Arabic, while others may already possess some knowledge and wish to improve. One of the things that interests me about teaching is the opportunity to make learning easier and more accessible to others. My aim is to help students feel comfortable during lessons, express their difficulties freely, and develop the confidence to participate actively rather than remain silent when they do not understand something.

I am particularly interested in using technology to improve the learning experience. In today's world, online education provides wonderful opportunities for students to acquire knowledge from almost anywhere. This is why I offer virtual lessons and make use of digital teaching resources to support communication and understanding. I use a virtual whiteboard to write, explain, demonstrate, and organize lesson content in a way that students can follow more easily. I also make use of different digital tools to encourage participation and create a more interactive and productive learning environment.

I believe that technology, when used thoughtfully, can make online lessons more than just a conversation over the internet. About the lesson

My lessons are designed to provide students with a comfortable, engaging, interactive, and effective virtual learning experience. I believe that learning Arabic and Islamic Studies should not be difficult, boring, or intimidating. Instead, it should be an enjoyable and rewarding journey that allows every student to develop knowledge, confidence, understanding, and a genuine interest in what they are learning.

I offer my lessons entirely online, making it possible for students to learn from the comfort of their homes, regardless of their location. Whether you are a complete beginner, a young learner taking your first steps in Arabic, a student seeking to improve your existing knowledge, or someone interested in deepening your understanding of Islamic Studies, my approach is designed to make learning accessible, organised, and meaningful.

One of the special features of my lessons is the use of a **virtual whiteboard**, which helps me communicate ideas clearly and explain lessons in a simple, structured, and practical manner.
