About Dominika
I am a first-year chemistry student at the University of Durham and I am very passionate about the subject, hence I am equally as excited to share my knowledge with others and hopefully make them love chemistry too. I recently achieved four A*s in chemistry, maths, further maths, and German, and I have more than a year of tutoring experience. I know how hard some A-level chemistry concepts can seem at first, so I am hoping to offer a tutoring experience that is relatable and useful. During lessons I aim to strengthen your problem-solving skills, reinforcing a deeper understanding of concepts, rather than simply memorising facts.

Having recently completed the Chemistry A-level myself, I believe I have a thorough understanding of exam technique, the most common questions that appear on exams, and what the mark schemes are looking for. Because of this, I can offer lessons that target your weakest areas, ensuring that you are exam-ready, as well as having a good understanding of fundamental concepts. I can explain concepts clearly and methodically, helping you to apply the knowledge to exam questions effectively.

chemistry was my least favourite science so i never fully understood it, however Dominika really encouraged me and helped me with my work and i would say it really showed in my GCSEs, especially since she got all 9s herself. she is a very close friend of mine and a lovely girl.
