About Akshita

Hello! My name is Akshita, and I am deeply passionate about teaching English and helping students unlock the doors that strong language skills can open for them. Having spent years witnessing how a lack of confidence in English can affect people—whether it is hesitating to speak in public, struggling in academics, or feeling left out in professional environments—I am committed to making sure my students never have to face those barriers alone. Growing up, I saw many talented individuals miss opportunities simply because they were not comfortable expressing themselves in English. My aim is not just to teach grammar and vocabulary, but to build real confidence—helping my students speak, write, and understand English fluently and fearlessly. I believe that every student has immense potential, and with the right guidance, encouragement, and personalized learning, they can achieve far more than they imagine. About the lesson

As a teacher, I believe that learning a language should be a joyful, engaging, and empowering experience. My approach is student-centered, meaning I tailor every lesson to the individual needs, goals, and learning styles of my students. I combine traditional methods like grammar drills and vocabulary building with modern techniques such as interactive conversations, storytelling, role-playing, and practical exercises to make lessons lively, effective, and relatable.

A typical class with me begins with a quick warm-up to refresh previously learned concepts, followed by a focused session on new topics like grammar rules, writing structures, or speaking exercises. I ensure that each lesson balances theory and practice—giving students the chance to immediately apply what they learn through discussions, creative writing, or real-life scenarios. At the end of every session, I offer a brief review, feedback, and a small set of personalized exercises to reinforce learning between classes.

What sets me apart as a teacher is my ability to make students feel comfortable and motivated, regardless of their current level. I focus heavily on building confidence, breaking down complex concepts into simple ideas, and celebrating small victories to keep students encouraged. I also integrate activities based on each student’s interests, whether it's through books, films, music, or real-world news, making every session fresh, dynamic, and highly relevant.
