About Marie-Lou
Hiya!
My name is Marie-Lou, I’m 28 years old and I’m French native.
I practice yoga Vinyasa 4 years ago, have started to practice Ashtanga yoga but quickly change for the flow, and I have started to learn the deeper yin.
I travel a lot and I had the chance to practice yoga with very different teachers in the world, France, Reunion, Tunisia, India, England, Italia, Marocco…
I learn everyday more and I want to share that, around a hard practice but in fun and simplicity!

It is first important to establish your intentions and goals:
- do you want to discover yoga
- to perfect your practice (are you looking for a thorough physical practice or rather a moment of relaxation)
- simply practice an activity that is beneficial to your body and mind...
Secondly, according to your expectations and capacities, I will prepare classes, meditations, flows, breathing
Then there is the adaptation to your own evolution with a discussion around your feelings and objectives
