About Santiago
For 4 years I coordinated group exercise exits. My intention was always to seek the welfare of my friends, family, acquaintances. That was spreading more and more. I work with large groups, small, individually, couples. The results depend on the commitment and projection of each one. Some bring the need to learn to run, with the intention of exceeding 10k / 21k, others to be in shape or just to feel good.
