About Charlie

I’m a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas with a strong background in both public accounting and information systems. I earned my Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master's in Management Information Systems. I bring a practical, structured approach to tutoring that reflects my training and real-world experience. With 3 years at a Big 4 accounting firm, I understand what it takes to perform under pressure—and I apply that same clarity and focus to helping CPA candidates succeed. I passed all four sections of the CPA exam on my first attempt, and I now help others do the same through efficient, personalized coaching. Whether you’re just getting started or aiming to pass your final section, I’ll work with you to target weak spots, clarify difficult topics, and optimize your study time. My sessions are professional, highly structured, and focused on results—built for candidates who are serious about passing.

I’m a licensed CPA working in Big 4 with real-world experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to pass the CPA exam efficiently. I help candidates crush FAR, REG, AUD, and BEC with targeted strategies that save time and avoid burnout.

I specialize in Becker CPA Review but I’m familiar with the structure of other platforms like Roger and Wiley, and I can help you succeed no matter which tools you’re using.

Whether you're taking your first section or your final, I’ll give you:
- A personalized plan based on your schedule, background, and score reports.
- Breakdown of complex topics (Consolidation, Leases, Tax Basis Rules, Gov/ NFP, and SIMs)
- Study accountability and tips to avoid wasting time on low-yield material
