About Kristi
I've been dancing since 2011 in several different capacities. I was in color guard for 5 years in middle & high school and coached for another 3 1/2 years. After leaving my position as a color guard coach in 2020, I began learning to line dance from a colleague I work with. From there I began teaching myself line dances whenever I had free time. I would learn dances before my workday, on my lunch break, at recess with my students, sometimes during my study breaks from college. Dance is great for self-expression and relaxation. I am a huge supporter of self-care, and dance is one of the best things you can do to take care of yourself.

I will teach the beginner steps that are found in all of the line dances. I will help encourage you to express yourself through dance. Each dance you learn will give you a sense of freedom. I can teach beginner classes all the way to intermediate classes. What sets me apart is that I'm always working to improve. I'm always seeking feedback from friends and fellow dancers. If I don't know what to do or how to fix something, I always seek feedback to do better.
