About Jen
I am a personal tutor with 25 years of experience coaching the disabled in English As A Second Language, Sociology, and homework help. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology from UCLA (1992). My students have gone on to graduate at Universities like De Anza and Foothill Colleges, UCLA, and Santa Clara University.
I prefer to work one-on-one and in small groups for a personal approach where we can really interact. I take notes to help me analyze our Next Steps. I can help with whatever course of study you may be doing. My favorite method of work is in Writing personal term papers and setting goals. I use casual conversation where we can discuss your lifecoaching aims and where you would like to go with your life. I am thankful to have the opportunity to meet new students and make new friends!

My teaching method is informal and supportive, and I base my sessions on a lifecoaching method I learned when I tutored disabled college students in the 80's and early 90's.
I have adapted over the years with the idea that if no job were beneath me, I could learn a lot through many experiences.
